Due to the pandemic, I couldn't have one of the most amazing opportunities in my career : photograph my friend's wedding in Italy. But later that I know, I had a happy surprise to have them here in San Diego during their honeymoon. And, of course, the place that we chose was Sunset Cliffs in San Diego. 

I know that it is a super popular location but it is worth the hype! Especially during the winter time, the sunsets are beyond magical, that beautiful soft golden light. Not only beautiful sunsets but this location has irregular cliffs that will make your photos look like from another world, you can also count with the ocean in the background, literally breathtaking.

Tips to avoid the crows in Sunset Cliffs, as a photographer, try to get there in advance, so you can "reserve" the spot, the region is pretty long, there are so areas that are more popular than others, so if you go more into the end of the cliffs, your chance to find less people is high!

Any time of the day it will be a beautiful session, but you can find a. different mood, most likely during early morning the chance of a foggy day will be probably certain, so make sure to talk with your couple about all the options.
